Crunch Fitness
As the Social Media Manager for Crunch Fitness' Verona location, I develop and execute social first video and visual content across social media platforms. Since taking over in December, my efforts resulted in a 2x increase in views, reach, and engagement within one month. As of April 2025, the content I have created and supervised has garnered 477,000 views and reached over 184,000 accounts.
Branded content has includes reels, stories, and posts to highlight promotions, events, staff, and community amongst members. I've created a calendar for daily post that promote fitness tips, member success stories, and humor-driven, curated memes within the gym community.

Sour Puss
Sour Puss is a trendy, ready-to-wear apparel brand created by Sam Suckow in 2021. Sour Puss released their first article of clothing in the summer of 2021 with the Sour Puss t-shirts. I joined Sam as a Co-Owner of the brand where I contributed to the creation of the Sour Puss website, conducted artist interviews and wrote blogs, and managed Sour Puss' social media. After interviewing countless up-and-coming artists, releasing shorts, hoodies, Sam and I are able were to accomplish something big— sponsor a professional boxer.

Various Designs in Collaborations with Vito Mielnicki Jr.

Months of coordination and nights went into securing the opportunity to sponsor professional boxer Vito Mielnicki Jr., who currently sports a professional record of 19 wins and one loss. For Mielnicki Jr.'s fight in Washington D.C. at the Capital One Arena in January 2023, Sam and I not only created sweatsuits for Vito's entire team, but we were able to stamp our logo on his shorts for the fight. Sam is a talented musician and he walked out Vito and the rest of his team, including me, to the ring prior the first bell. This marked the first of many partnerships between Sour Puss and Vito Mielnicki Jr. for his fight gear. Take a look for yourself by watching the video below!
