A Bit About Me

I am currently a Promotions Coordinator for WQHT, better known as Hot97, and WBLS. In this position, I represent the radio station and their clients, working promotional events throughout the New York metropolitan area closely with on-air talent. I coordinate and communicate with sponsors and/or venue organizations regarding upcoming concerts or station promotional events. Alongside talent, I assist them in hosting promotional events and engaging with large crowds. 

Prior to my current position, I was a Fox News Media intern for "The Brian Kilmeade Show", "Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla" and for Fox News Radio. I graduated with an M.A. in Television, Radio, & Film from the S.I. Newhouse School Of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2024. I received a B.S. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies and a minor in Writing at Syracuse University's College of Visual & Performing Arts in 2023.
 

My passion for content creation coincides with my infatuation for compelling storytelling. The ability to create content that not only tells a story, but leaves an impact on people, especially in my community, is what I thrive to do. This passion began years ago, as I attended sports broadcasting camps during my summers, attended journalism conferences, ultimately leading to my dream school of Syracuse University. While my desired major of Broadcast & Digital Journalism did not pan out, I was determined to seek out more creative endeavors.

I joined Syracuse University's college radio station WJPZ-FM and became the Executive Producer and Co-Host for "New Music Monday" for a semester. As a life-long hip-hop and culture fanatic, "The Juice" was the perfect show for me and I served as the Assistant Producer and Co-Host from 2022 until my graduation in 2024.

Outside of school, I became a Promotions Assistant for Cumulus Media in Syracuse, New York and a Producer/Board Operator for Syracuse Mets games broadcasted on The Score 1260.

Following graduation, I began my internship at Fox News Media and it was an experience I will never forget. Working in a fast-paced newsroom environment was entirely new to me and put me in high pressure situations I have never been in before. Under prolific figures like Brian Kilmeade, Jimmy Failla, and their talented producers and engineers, I expanded upon my current skills and developed new ones that I will take with me as I continue my professional career.
